- Design and deliver training sessions covering operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure participation and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Identify training needs and prioritize budget allocation accordingly.
- Assess competency levels through skill evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on mine operations and safety protocols.
- Conduct Reorientation Training for discontinued non-statutory personnel to refresh their knowledge and skills.
- Provide hands-on training to reinforce learning and improve retention.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNI) to identify skill gaps and training requirements across various job roles.
- Develop and implement an annual training calendar focusing on technical skill enhancement in areas such as safety, blasting, gas testing, explosives handling, HEMM operation, and first aid.
- Facilitate statutory and safety trainings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety among employees.
- Organize vocational refresher trainings to update employees' knowledge and skills in line with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Conduct competency evaluations, assessments, and certifications to validate employees' skills and ensure competency in their respective roles.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy digital tools that align with business objectives.
- Ensure the effective utilization of digital platforms to improve team efficiency and productivity.
