The Deputy Manager - EHS is responsible for cultivating a robust safety culture and enhancing the Safety Management System within project areas of solar manufacturing facilities. They conduct thorough EHS inspections and audits, identify environmental aspects and impacts, and ensure strict adherence to legal requirements and internal guidelines.

Requirements

• Foster and promote a strong safety culture within the solar manufacturing site
• Improve and enhance the Safety Management System (SMS) at the project area
• Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits
• Identify environmental aspects and impacts of operations within the project area
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and internal guidelines
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and near misses
• Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety performance
