Job Description
Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts job responsibilities include collaboration with key stakeholders, drafting business plans, financial analysis, budget tracking, automation projects, and employee development. Key skills required include budgeting, MIS, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Requirements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather input and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Draft the initial business plan w.r.t COP & inventory.
- Review and revise the business plan based on feedback from senior management.
- Preparation of monthly MIS including variance analysis, Annual Budget, Rolling forecast and 5yrs plan, Capital management plan
- Analysis of new business proposal, financial modeling
- Ensuring budget availability in Cost centers and Commitment item
- Tracking of budget consumption for different department as per approved business plan
- Adhoc requirement to meet the management review.
- Co-ordination with Head office finance team for timely completion of various accounting and finance related activities.
- Lead automation projects related to finance function
- Interaction & Co-ordination with CFT.
