Job Description
The Senior Residence Program Specialist provides care and development to residents in a residential facility, fostering independence and dignity through a homelike atmosphere. This role involves daily operations, training residents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe environment. The specialist will also assist with meal planning, medication administration, and supporting interdisciplinary plans.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver's License
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of related experience (preferred)
