Senior / Staff Full Stack Software Engineer - Partner Platform

We are seeking a Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join Addepar's Partner Platform team. The role involves building a new platform from scratch, enabling third parties to engage with Addepar at scale. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, pragmatic, and customer-focused, with a desire to solve hard problems at high scale.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field of study (or equivalent practical experience)
• Extensive Software Engineering experience
• Ability to work across the full stack, specifically with Java and React
• Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems
• Passion for implementing standard processes with a bias toward smart automation
• Proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other engineers
• Experience with databases, SQL, and/or data lake architectures (plus)
• Rapid learner with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
