Candidate Profile: 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
• Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution
• Should be flexible working in night shifts
• Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill in English
• Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound can apply for Inbound Tech Support Process
• Candidate must know how to close their own call
• Candidate with age limit 18 - 35 can apply only, must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways
