- Education: You have a degree with a focus on (business-)informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the field of Enterprise or IT Service Management, digital transformation, and IT organization optimization.
- Frameworks and trends: You have a good experience with the use of frameworks (e.g. ITIL), project management methods, and know the essential current trends (e.g. Cloud).
- Certifications: A certification as ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL V3 Expert will help you with your diverse tasks.
- Skills: You are a team player with developed analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills and show a high level of self-initiative.
- Language skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate safely.
