Job Description
ADI Thailand's Specialized Staffing Team is looking for a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join their fast-growing tech staffing team. The role involves leading a team of recruiters and handling IT outsourcing/staffing services. The ideal candidate is a Thai native speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years experience in Tech/IT recruitment
- Minimum 1+ Years of Handling and Managing team of Recruiters
- Good level of communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure and be able to handle difficult situations
- Good command of English
- IT Outsourcing/staffing service experience is a plus
