Requirements

• Draft reports under supervision of MRICS
• Ensure a high standard of inspection and report output
• Ensure turnaround times are met for respective cases
• Knowledge of RICS/IVSC Valuation
• Knowledge of property market, including economic drivers, supply and demand
• Financial modelling skills
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, CRM
• Good communication skills
