Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Factory Outlet in Serravalle, Piemonte. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for promoting a high-performance and winning culture, encouraging continuous learning and development, and supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store.
Requirements
- 24+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment
- Assistant Store Management responsibility for at least 12+ months
- Team leadership
- Strong analysis and literacy skills
- Advanced verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of Visual Merchandising
- Strong Training skills
- Team Development
- Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations
- Good knowledge with MS Office
- Monitors performance data and initiates needed measures for improvement
