The Stockroom Manager & Operations is responsible for ensuring the profitability of the store by achieving KPIs in the area of stockroom, coordinating team members, and monitoring and coaching the team. They are also responsible for operational areas such as warehouse, replenishment, facility management, IT, and security.

• Ensures that all security-related equipment is available and up-to-date
• Allocates resources in their area of responsibility and organizes processes to control efficiency and productivity

• Ensures that the product offering for customers is always maximally available
• Minimizes losses by implementing, monitoring, and tracking all loss prevention processes
