Job Description
The Minister of Worship and Communications will provide leadership for the Worship Ministry and Media Ministry, leading the congregation to worship God and make disciples.

- Supervise the planning and leading of the weekly worship gatherings
- Provide spiritual and technical leadership for the worship team
- Provide spiritual and technical leadership for the Worship Ministry

- Supervise both website and radio ministries
- Supervise all media and music-related staff
- Provide leadership in preparing the annual church budget
- Share in pastor care responsibilities weekly
