Minister of Worship and Communications (Ref#088)

The Minister of Worship and Communications will provide leadership for the Worship Ministry and Media Ministry, leading the congregation to worship God and make disciples.

Requirements

• Live a lifestyle of worship fully devoted to the Lord
• Steward his family well
• Steward his finances well
• Steward his time well
• Supervise the planning and leading of the weekly worship gatherings
• Provide spiritual and technical leadership for the worship team
• Provide spiritual and technical leadership for the Worship Ministry
• Supervise all media production and equipment
• Supervise both website and radio ministries
• Supervise all media and music-related staff
• Provide leadership in preparing the annual church budget
• Share in pastor care responsibilities weekly
