Senior QA Officer - Operations

Role Overview

As the Senior Quality Assurance Officer (operations), you hold a crucial leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety within the factory. You supervise the QA Operations team and day-to-day activities, and deputise for the QA operations Manager as appropriate.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities include supervising final product inspections and releases, conducting thorough documentation and batch reviews, and taking a lead role in investigating complaints and monitoring Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to production.
