Manager, Corporate Strategy

We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to join our team at Adobe. As a member of the Corporate Strategy team, you will work closely with top executives and business units to drive Adobe's fast growth trajectory. You will be responsible for managing project teams and leading initiatives to hack Adobe's long-term growth.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility
• Intellectual curiosity and deep interest in the technology landscape
• Ability to build 'outside-in' POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations
• Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements
• Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience leading teams and commitment to coaching / mentoring
• Undergraduate and Master's degrees (MBA preferred)
