BI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will partner closely with business teams to design, build, and optimize reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI dashboards and reports, design and develop scalable data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams, build and maintain data marts to enable advanced analytics, and more.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in BI development, database development, or data analytics
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling and data warehousing concepts, ETL processes and tools, and advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling, familiarity with modern BI ecosystems, including data lakes and dimensional modeling
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
