Implementation Specialist (Health Tech)

We are a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that leverages innovation and disruptive technologies to improve consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. As a highly organized and tech-savvy Implementation Specialist, you will lead the onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform, managing project timelines, tracking key milestones, and providing training and onboarding support to clinic staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Experience in training clinical and administrative staff on new systems
