Job Description
Lead and manage high-level, complex non-technical projects for a large biotech pharmaceutical leader, overseeing all phases of the development lifecycle and ensuring delivery within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
Requirements
- Manage and deliver complex, strategic projects from initiation through completion
- Coordinate resource allocation and direct project team activities
- Oversee all project phases including feasibility study, requirements, analysis, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and project reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Integrate and report project plans and portfolios using schedule/task data and standardized status reporting
- Track and coordinate GxP-impacting changes, ensuring compliance through collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, and Technical SMEs
- Support Change Control activities in GMP-regulated systems, ensuring thorough documentation and compliant execution
- Communicate project risks, issues, status, and outcomes clearly to project stakeholders and leadership
- Champion business process development and change management best practices
