Requirements
- Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions
- Strong to advanced soldering skills
- Basic electro-mechanical skills
- Ability to identify components and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge) practices
- Ability to adapt, collaborate, and thrive in a team-driven environment
- Experience with electrical circuits or electronic assemblies preferred
- Background in electro-mechanical work is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to stay flexible and work effectively as part of a team
