Lead Electronic Engineer

Lead Electronic Engineer to lead a team of electrical and mechanical design engineers in designing Switching Power Supply. Strong leadership, technical background, and organizational skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
• At least 10 years' experience in power supply industry
• Experience in leading a group of design engineers
• Solid technical background in power supply design and an understanding of component characteristics
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
• Team player and willing to take risk and able to deliver under pressure
• Demonstrates pro-activeness, resourcefulness and highly motivated
• Ability to perform electrical circuit design & analysis and FA analysis
• Good knowledge of Switching Power Topologies and ability to design high performance power supplies
