Requirements
- Contribute to product excellence by assembling and testing electronic components and sub-assemblies.
- Perform calibration, testing, and troubleshooting using schematics, test procedures, drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
- Repair and calibrate customer-owned units with precision and care.
- Identify nonconformities and take action to uphold high product quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and departments.
- Follow all ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.
- Maintain fixtures and perform preventive, corrective, and calibration maintenance.
- Help train new team members and support cross-functional development.
- Set up and evaluate circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Document test results thoroughly and accurately.
- Serve as a technical liaison with other departments when needed.
- Travel up to 25% during the first 3â6 months for training, with occasional light travel thereafter.
- Work collaboratively with team members and make quality-focused decisions that benefit customers.
