
Job description
The Director of Human Resources is a member of the senior leadership team, responsible for oversight of all Human Resources functions at Advantage Care Health Centers. The Director is responsible for developing and executing Human Resources processes in alignment with the Center's mission, vision, core values, and strategic goals.
Primary duties and responsibilities include overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing talent acquisition, overseeing learning and professional development, directing employee engagement, maintaining a comprehensive Total Rewards/Compensation package, and overseeing employee relations matters.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher and a credential in Human Resources, with five or more years of progressive supervisory experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in healthcare or a long-term care organization.
