Operations Associate II

Role Overview

Perform general warehouse functions, including pick/pack and scanning, in accordance with AMS' set procedures. Utilize a company-issued hand-held device to pick items and place them in containers and bins following specific instructions.

What You Will Do

Complete daily assignments, including pick & pack and scanning of product, and perform housekeeping duties at the end of each working day.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform well in a repetitive environment, and have strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years work experience in a similar role
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• WMS system knowledge preferred
• Attention to detail and organized
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as box cutters
• Ability to work overtime and weekends with short notice
• Work well under pressure and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people
• Able to lift up to 45lbs
