Job Description
Advantage Truck Group is seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to lead our second shift Service Team. As the Shop Foreman, you will be the bridge between skilled technical expertise and high-quality customer service, ensuring that repairs are performed efficiently and maintaining a safe, high-quality work environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of heavy-duty truck repair experience
- Deep knowledge of mechanical repairs, brake systems, steering, transmissions, and engines
- Proficient with computer diagnostic software and able to interpret complex service manuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
- High school diploma/GED required; CDL preferred
