Operations Engineer

Advario is a leading global player in the storage industry, focused on growth within the chemical, gases and new energy sectors. As an Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in functionally leading team leaders and coaching operational teams at our terminal.

Requirements

• Master's level or equivalent through experience in tank storage/petrochemistry
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar function within the process industry, preferably in (petro-)chemistry or tank storage
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience with change management and process optimization, with safety and efficiency always at the forefront
• Decisive, stress-resistant and maintains overview in complex projects
• Fluent in Dutch and English
