Role Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll play a critical role in helping individuals reclaim their ability to communicate and swallow safely and effectively. You'll bring expertise, compassion, and creativity to every session, making a real difference in the lives of your patients.

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy services, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome with strong mentorship offered
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• A patient-first mindset and a heart for making meaningful change
