Commercial Lender

Advia is seeking a Commercial Lender to originate and increase credit union portfolio loans, manage existing relationships, and provide services to external members. The role involves developing new business, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to ethical principles of integrity, drive, and customer focus. This position is part of a fast-paced environment focused on growth and development.

Requirements

• Four years to eight years of experience
• A college degree preferred
• Interpersonal Skills (motivation/influence)
• Physical requirements (sedentary/lifting, computer use)
• Mental/Emotional capabilities (independent work, teamwork, clear communication)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities & customer service
