Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a visionary Content Lead to spearhead our global content strategy and craft exceptional, SEO-driven narratives for our study abroad agency spanning 12 countries.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a strategy aligned with business goals.
- Use the Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) framework to shape user-focused content.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Plan content for all customer journey stages.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithms.
- Align content with user intent and optimize for ranking opportunities like AI overviews and snippets.
- Audit and refine content for relevance and performance.
- Ensure engaging, audience-tailored content with a consistent tone and credible sources.
- Leverage storytelling and collaborate with UX and product teams for effective delivery.
- Provide editorial oversight and guide internal and external contributors.
- Structure content for seamless addition of infographics and videos.
- Collaborate with design teams to enhance visual elements.
- Conduct primary and secondary research for unique insights.
- Optimize metadata and headers for improved rankings and accessibility.
- Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with SEO, marketing, UX, product, and sales teams.
- Maintain workflows, calendars, and brand guidelines for timely and consistent delivery.
