AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

As the Merchandise Leader, you will be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will execute effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment.

Requirements

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
• Drive killer Floorset execution
• Ensure the store stays in tip-top shape through merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom
