Job Description
As the Merchandise Leader, you will ensure the store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards, execute effective Floorsets, and drive a great guest experience. You will work closely with the Merchandising Team Leader and be responsible for training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are executed to Floorset standards. You will also ensure the store stays in tip-top shape through merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
Requirements
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
- Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team
- Ensure the store stays in tip-top shape through merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment
- Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment
- Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom
