The Coordinator – Omni Experience is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of AEO's omni-channel programs. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic business decisions to enhance the customer experience and drive business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working in a project management setting or related experience
- High degree of proficiency in Google and/or MS Office Suites, Canva, and other Internet applications
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
