NPI engineer

As an NPI Engineer, you will introduce improvements for new products, conduct feasibility analyses, and collaborate with suppliers. Your tasks will include developing and implementing repair processes, analyzing existing processes, and communicating findings to management.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Process Engineering or a similar manufacturing technology-focused qualification
• Knowledge of project management and project management methodologies
• Active business-proficient English skills in both written and spoken communication
• Structured and compliance-oriented documentation management
• Confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinking and a systematic approach
