Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you'll help customers get up and running on Affinity by importing their data and setting up the platform. You'll work closely with Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver clear reports.

Requirements

• Import and transform customer CSV data into Affinity and configure tables, lists, and fields
• Manage the data import queue with discipline
• Clean, deduplicate, and validate data to ensure high-quality imports
• Work with Onboarding and Implementation teams to map customer data to Affinity's data model
• Lead requirements-gathering conversations with customers
• Translate customer requirements into well-structured data configurations and reports
• Build and deliver clear reports and dashboards for customers
• Communicate proactively with customers to clarify data formats and timelines
• Leverage AI tools to automate and templatize repeatable workflows
