Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting gaming compliance, SOX, AML and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all applicable laws.

Requirements

• Conducts gaming compliance audits as required by gaming regulations
• Assists in planning and wrap-up procedures for all audits
• Documents audit findings in accordance with established work program
• Conducts operational audits of assigned areas to assess efficiency and effectiveness
• Conducts audits to review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with Gaming Commission requirements and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
• Examines and tests documentation, interviews company personnel and observes the operation during the course of the audit procedures
• Examines and evaluates financial and information systems, management procedures and internal controls to ensure that records are accurate and controls are adequate to protect against fraud and waste
• Reviews and evaluates company operations for efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with company policies and procedures, laws and government regulations
• Conduct follow-up reviews to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions
