Administrative Assistant - Onsite Community Association
High school diploma/GED, 1 year customer service experience, bilingual is desirable
Maintenance
Reliable, able to work Saturdays, and possess manual dexterity and physical stamina
Gatehouse Attendant- Part time
Minimum 2 years of experience, High School diploma or GED, Bilingual preferred, Ability to pass background screening
Regional Director
Associate's degree preferred, 4+ years experience in AM, MS Office proficiency, and valid driver's license required
Regional Director
Active Comm Assoc Mgr license req. Bachelor's degree preferred. 4+ yrs experience in assoc management is a must. Proficiency in MS Office & Property Management systems required
Business Development Executive
10+ years in business development/sales/association/hospitality, Bachelor’s degree, strong sales skills & network. Targets/commission goals are expected to exceed
Administrative Assistant - Onsite Community Association
High school diploma required, 1 year of customer service experience, bilingual desirable
