Software Engineer II, Backend (Identity Decisioning)

Affirm is a company that reinvents credit to make it more honest and friendly. As a Software Engineer II, Backend (Identity Decisioning), you will work on high-availability and low-latency systems on the critical paths for all of our products.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems and proficiency in one of Python or Kotlin
• Familiarity with the building blocks of distributed systems, and technologies like AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with our global engineering team
