Job Description
Recreation Worker plans, develops, and runs recreation and leisure pursuits to promote wellbeing and purpose in a long-term care setting.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with seniors, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Graduate of a post-secondary diploma or degree program in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation or other related field
- Ability to assess, care plan and document resident needs and progress
