Registered Practical Nurse Regular Part-Time [IAM RPN8 0.40], AgeCare Aylmer

Provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, implement AgeCare policies, and collaborate with the health care team.

Requirements

• A sound knowledge and background in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act and Regulations, the Health Disciplines Act, Occupation Health and Safety Act, Pharmacy Act, Food and Drugs Act (Canada), Controlled Substances Act (Canada) Health Promotion and Protection Act, Personal Health Protection Act, Coroners Act, College of Nurses of Ontario Standards of Practice, and other pertinent Federal, Provincial and Municipal Statues
• A current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario and a member in good standing
