Job Description
We are looking for a Selection Consultant with analysis capacity and high perception to manage the recruitment of candidates and conduct executive profile headhunting, competency interviews, and assessment centers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles
- Excellent personal relationships, assertiveness, and good presence
- Academic degree in organizational psychology, human resources, and/or related fields
- Intermediate handling of PowerPoint and Excel
