The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in advancing products from "1 to 2" and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B environment for enterprise customers.

- 7+ years of demonstrated success in advancing products from '1 to 2' and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B environment for enterprise customers
- Proven experience in leading and scaling strategic product initiatives, from concept development to pitching to senior leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to drive significant business impact
- Extensive experience in developing and managing API-first products, with a deep understanding of modern software architecture and integration
- A mindset grounded in first-principles thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- Clear, persuasive, and strategic communication skills, capable of influencing executives and aligning diverse stakeholders across multiple departments
- Highly analytical and commercially aware, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable business strategies that drive growth
- A proven track record of effective product-commercial partnerships that significantly increased adoption and revenue
- Strong ability to secure engineering commitment and drive execution discipline in cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Deep familiarity with AWS or Salesforce, with experience in leveraging these platforms to enhance product capabilities and customer value
- Significant experience in a high-growth startup environment, with a history of navigating and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic markets
- Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, Insuretech, or experience in other regulated industries, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
