Team Lead & Senior Account Manager (w*/m*/d)

B+D is seeking a Team Lead & Senior Account Manager (w*/m*/d) to strengthen its strategic and communication areas. The role involves expanding customer relationships, developing communication strategies, leading cross-medial projects, managing budgets, and overseeing the team and agency. The position offers a balance of strategic planning, leadership development, and growth opportunities within a large, established agency.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of professional experience in a communications agency or an enterprise-side in marketing departments
• Exceptional knowledge of the agencies landscape and in general business in advertising and communications
• Sound knowledge and experience in the agency daily, acquisition, strategy, cross-selling and account-leadership
• Communication strength, creativity and excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
• Higher educational degree in communications science, BWL with a focus on marketing or a comparable field
• Organizational and communication strength, as well as a good mix of confident and diplomatic, persuasive rhetoric
• Teamwork, enthusiasm and independent work
• Not only initial experience in team leadership and responsibility for employees
• Outstanding English skills in words and writing
