Manufacturing Engineer

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer based out of our Dumbarton Manufacturing Facility. The role involves taking ownership of production KPIs, driving performance improvements, and implementing process improvements across production and subcontract suppliers.

Requirements

• BSc in Engineering discipline – Mech. Engineering/Manufacturing Systems/ Quality/Mechatronics
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing with strong knowledge of quality, production methods, and Lean principles
• Skilled in mechanical assembly and proficient in CAD, ideally with Creo/3D CAD expertise
• Involved in NPI processes with PFMEA experience; project management skills are a plus
• Strong problem-solving, planning abilities, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Quality-driven mindset with pride in delivering work that meets high standards and compliance
