- Partner with business leaders to translate business goals into people, talent, and learning strategies
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- Use people analytics and AI-enabled insights to inform workforce decisions, identify trends, and proactively address risks
- Lead talent development strategies including career frameworks, development planning, and capability building
- Support succession planning and talent reviews using data-driven and AI-assisted talent insights
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance, conduct, and workplace issues
- Champion company values, culture, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Support compensation planning, promotions, job changes, and internal mobility aligned to guidelines and insights
