ERP Application Analyst

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP support or business application support (JDEdwards preferred) or related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience authoring user documentation and training materials.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and incident management best practices.
