Job Description
AgSouth is seeking a Home Loan Commissioned Originator to join their Farm Credit family. This role involves marketing and originating home loans, determining appropriate mortgage products for customers, and ensuring compliant lending practices. The position requires understanding complex financial documents and navigating various mortgage lending processes.
Requirements
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans.
- Ensure sound, compliant mortgage loan applications.
- Understand and navigate complex financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Work independently and travel within the territory.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending software.
- Understand Far Credit Reporting Act and mortgage lending rules.
