Apprentice Electrician (1st or 2nd Year)

Ainsworth is seeking a motivated apprentice electrician to install electrical systems in buildings, including retro fit projects. The role involves working in a construction environment with potentially challenging conditions, such as restricted movement, dirty conditions, and hazardous materials. Apprenticeships are paid hourly with competitive pay and great employee programs.

Requirements

• Completion of Pre-App program
• Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology
• Ability to read and draw simple electrical sketches and schematics
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute precision work
• Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Must have own transportation
• Must have own hand tools
