• Able to work with minimal supervision and safely operate a company service vehicle.
• Must have own basic tools to perform job duties.
• Candidate to provide criminal reference check and driver abstract.

• Experience with Commercial buildings and facilities.
• Excellent ability to carry out work in a professional and respectful manner.
