Android Security Expert

Role Overview

Android Security Specialist with deep expertise in platform security, application hardening, and AOSP customization. Works closely with platform engineers, OEM partners, and security teams to design, implement, validate and maintain robust Android security controls.

What You Will Do

Securing Android frameworks, system services, and native layers with strong knowledge of SELinux policies, Secure Boot & Image signing, Binder IPC security and Android 16 platform changes.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in systems engineering, computer programming language, or a related field.
• Strong experience in AOSP internals, SELinux Policy Development & Debugging, Secure Boot & Verified Boot, Certificate Pinning/Provisioning on Android devices, Android Keystore & Hardware-backed security, Binder IPC Security & Permission Enforcement, Static & Dynamic Security Testing, Secure OTA Updates, Android Framework Customization, Arm TrustZone & TEE, Android build system.
