Financial Analyst 2

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst 2 will lead technical accounting research, prepare position papers, and provide support to finance teams and business partners on technical accounting matters. The role involves extensive benchmarking evaluations, monitoring new GAAP and SEC issues, and coordinating with various departments to provide financial information.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst 2 will perform quarterly contingency and one-timer reporting, draft and update AFM accounting policies and memos, and participate in meetings across multiple organizations. The role also involves providing auditors documentation to support accounting conclusions and identifying and solving problems.

• CPA/CA equivalents
• 6+ years post-qualification experience in technical accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate status, issues, risks, and opportunities with CFR leadership team
• Proven ability to communicate complex topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
• Exposure to ERP accounting and finance systems such as SAP preferred
