Requirements
- Develop relationships with prospects and customers to grow business portfolio
- Coordinate customer training when necessary
- Probe and resolve customer issues on all levels, provide technical and practical assistance where necessary
- Maintain customer portfolios
- Develop relationships at a business and technical level within customer and industry
- Ensure all customers have current standard contracts
- Travel within the assigned territory, visiting prospective and existing customers
- Manage contract compliance
- Participate in other work and projects as required from time to time
- Gather market information to support in decision making
- Comply with the health and safety regulations and initiatives
