Job Description
Air Treatment Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to act as a liaison between the Sales Engineers, clients, and manufacturers. The role involves providing general information, service, maintenance, and repairs updates related to product/project stages. A collaborative and customer-focused environment is valued.
Requirements
- Review bid calendars from customers.
- Identify project opportunities to bid.
- Perform takeoff - including interfacing with customers.
- Create submittal documents for various products.
- Work with Sales Engineers to gain approval for submittals.
- Enter orders to factories.
- Enter stock orders in ATC CRM.
- Track orders/shipments.
- Coordinate equipment startup requirements.
- Process warranty claims with manufacturers.
- Update and manage orders in ATC CRM.
